Your Key Responsibilities

Develop & Optimize: Enhance and maintain our BIM Management System to ensure best-in-class standards.

Coordinate & Manage: Oversee the creation, evaluation, and maintenance of internal and external BIM models.

Collaborate with Experts: Support consultants and subcontractors in implementing BIM processes and technical requirements.

Lead Meetings: Organize and drive BIM coordination sessions to align all stakeholders.

Ensure Accuracy: Manage clash detection and resolution with consultants and subcontractors.

Set Standards: Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and review client BIM requirements.

Deliver Excellence: Provide technical support for design deliverables, including As-built documentation.

What You Bring

Solid experience in BIM coordination within large-scale construction projects.

Proficiency in BIM applications (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and 2D/3D design workflows.

Strong organizational and communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable BIM strategies.
