4D Modeller / 4D Planner – Data Centre Construction Project 

Location: Sines 

Salary: €70-85k

Accommodation, Transport and allowances are provided also. 

We’re supporting a contractor delivering complex, high-value construction projects who are looking to strengthen their digital construction capability with a 4D Modeller.

This role sits between planning, BIM, and project delivery — focused on using 4D to actively improve how projects are sequenced, coordinated, and delivered on site.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and maintaining 4D models linking programme (P6 / MS Project) with BIM models

Developing construction sequencing strategies, including logistics and temporary works

Using 4D simulations to identify clashes, risks, and programme conflicts before site impact

Working closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to reflect live design changes

Producing 4D outputs for client presentations and project reporting

Supporting digital rehearsals and visual planning workshops

What they’re looking for:

Experience with Synchro 4D (preferred) or Navisworks

Understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery

Background in planning, BIM, or digital construction

Experience working with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
