BIM Manager - Dublin

BIM Lead – Dublin (Head Office) | Construction Projects Across Ireland & Europe

We’re working with a well-established Irish contractor delivering a mix of residential, commercial, pharmaceutical and mission-critical projects, now looking to appoint a BIM Lead in their Dublin head office.

This is a business-wide role — supporting multiple project types rather than being tied to a single scheme.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading BIM strategy across a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, pharma and selected mission-critical projects

Supporting project teams from preconstruction through to delivery

Driving consistency in BIM standards and digital workflows across the business

Working closely with design teams, site teams and subcontractors to improve coordination

Mentoring BIM coordinators and supporting project delivery teams
