Alexandra Pop
Alex brings over 10 years of recruitment expertise spanning contract management, executive search, and team leadership across Construction, Facilities, and IT sectors.
With a degree in Business and Project Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in High-Performing Sales Management, she's mobilised teams across Ireland, the UK, and Europe—streamlining processes and consistently delivering on ambitious targets for global clients.
Outside work, Alex plays rugby with Portdara, coaches Minis at Kildare RFC, plays football with Kildare Town FC, and is a proud mum.
Kenneth O’Connor
Kenneth has spent 14 years in leading sales and commercial roles, with the last decade specialising in recruitment for the European market based out of London.
Former Country Manager and Head of Contracting at E-Frontiers, he led the Contract Recruitment Division to 100% growth over four years while spearheading business development across Professional Services, Construction, Financial Services, and Public Sector clients managing contracts up to €10m. Most recently, he's managed pan-European construction recruitment for major clients.
Outside the office, Kenneth manages London Masters GAA, plays with St. Kiernan's, races Hyrox (unsuccessfully), and is a proud dad.
